How many years of experience do you have as a life coach? What other qualifications do you have?

• I became a Certified Life Coach in 2008, so for 17 years.

  I'm also a Certified Equine Learning Specialist. I don't teach horses anything, however, I'm certified to partner with horses to bring added value to my coaching clients.

After purchase, can I print out my E-book?

• Yes. After purchase, an email with a link (active for 48 hours) to

  download a PDF copy will be sent to your inbox.

Can I benefit from only purchasing one book in a series?

• Yes, the books may be used separately to focus on specific topics. However, the intended purpose for the “Relationship 911 Series” is to provide all tools needed in a relationship triage kit.

*The suggested order of use is "Six Mistakes to Avoid in Your Second Marriage",

"Art of the Apology", "STP: Reframe", and "Maturity".

Can I use your book(s) to lead a small group?

• I would love for my products to be used in a small group setting. I prefer that everyone purchase their own set of books instead of copying without permission. But, they're reasonably priced for that purpose.

I’m in my first marriage. Can I still benefit from these tactics?

• My books would be very beneficial for the first time marriage or relationship partners.

I need help troubleshooting my printer. How can I attain the best print quality?

• If you’re a windows user: Open the PDF in Google Chrome. After clicking the printer icon, hit the “More settings” drop down menu. Then change the scaling to “Custom”, then 100%. After this, click “Print using system dialog” and choose “More settings”. At the top click “Main”, then choose “High” print quality. Next, choose the “Page Setup” tab at the top and click on “Scaled” within the Page Layout menu. Click “OK” and “Print” in the still open printer menu.

  Tip: If the output quality of your at home printer isn’t to your liking, ask your local library about using theirs.
